There are many activities and day trips to choose from while staying at Sea Lodge: from a day of shopping to a visit to Stone Town with a stop at the spice farm, or scuba diving and snorkelling among the coral reefs surrounded by colourful fish, turtles, and dolphins.
Blue Safari
An entire day dedicated to the sea aboard a Dhow, a typical local boat, from which to enjoy one of the island’s most beautiful spots, full of sun, sand, and relaxation.
Enjoy a stop on the island of Kwale to admire a gigantic Baobab that fell centuries ago and to swim among the mangroves.
Prison Island
From the port of Stone Town you can set sail for Prison Island where, immersing yourself in the history and culture, you will relive the historical period of African slavery.
The most unique characteristic of the island is its colony of giant turtles, some of which are over 150 years old.
Stone Town
The ancient capital of Zanzibar is a labyrinth of colourful alleyways, with a market that envelops you in its scents and the influence of history evident in every corner and every building, with their brightly coloured and ancient Arabian doors. The town is a UNESCO world heritage site and is also known as the birthplace of Freddie Mercury, the lead-singer of Queen.
The famous market, the palace of wonders, and the Arab fort are not to be missed, or you can enjoy simply browsing the fabric shops and the local artisan crafts.
Spice Tour
This day-trip lets you see first hand the reason why Zanzibar is known as the spice island. A guided tour will describe all of the interesting facts regarding the various uses of all of the plants and spices.
Jozani Tour
This day-trip will take you out into the middle of the national park, a protected and uncontaminated natural area where, among the tangled weave of climbing plants, live packs of red colobus, a strange monkey unique to this area.
Mnemba Park
A day-trip in the marine park for those who love snorkelling and diving.

Kytesurf
Kitesurfingwindsurfing, surfing, paragliding, skateboarding and gymnastics into one extreme sport.
A kitesurfer harnesses the power of the wind with a large controllable power kite to be propelled across the water on a kiteboard similar to a wakeboard or a small surfboard, with or without footstraps or bindings.
We provide kite/windsurfing activities and lessons with certified expert instructors.
The breeze that blows here every day is ideal for this extreme sport.
